Government welcomes Women's Commission's report on domestic violence

In response to media enquiries, a government spokesman today (January 12) welcomed the release of a report entitled "Women's Safety in Hong Kong: Eliminating Domestic Violence" by the Women's Commission.

"We will carefully consider the recommendations, and continue to work with the Women's Commission to combat domestic violence in Hong Kong," the spokesman added.
