SHWF attends seminar in Guangzhou

The Secretary for Health, Welfare and Food, Dr York Chow, visited Guangzhou this afternoon (November 1) to attend a seminar organised by the Department of Civil Affairs of Guangdong Province at the department's invitation.

Dr Chow was briefed at the seminar on the social welfare and security, as well as relief measures of the province.

Dr Chow returned to Hong Kong this evening.
