To operate the Core Centre and at least three Satellite Centres of the Sham Shui Po District Health Centre (“DHC”) and one Elderly Wellness Satellite (“EWS”) for a period of 36 months. | Submission of Tenders: |
Electronic Tendering
| (1) |
Tenders in electronic format must be submitted via e-Tendering System for non-works tenders (“e-TS(NW)”) at https://www.ets.gov.hk/eTp_ext/nw before 12:00 noon (Hong Kong time) of the tender closing date in accordance with the requirements specified in the tender documents and the terms and conditions of use and participation of the e-TS(NW). |

Tenderers should allow sufficient time for complete data transmission before the tender closing time when submitting the Tenders via e-TS(NW). |

| (3) |
To ensure successful submission, tenderers are advised to submit the Tenders as early as possible, in particular to avoid hasty submission within an hour before the tender closing time. |

Paper-based Tendering
Tenders must be clearly marked with the tender reference and the subject of the tender on the outside of the envelope (but should not bear any distinguishing matter, mark or advertisement to indicate the identity of tenderer) addressed to the Chairman, Central Tender Board, and deposited in the Government Secretariat Tender Box (“Specified Tender Box”) situated at Lobby of the Public Entrance on the Ground Floor, East Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong before 12:00 noon (Hong Kong time) on the tender closing date as stated above. A tender placed in the Specified Tender Box at or after 12:00 noon (Hong Kong time) on the tender closing date, or a tender not deposited in the Specified Tender Box, will NOT be considered.
In case Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or “extreme conditions” announced by the Government is/are in force for any duration between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon (Hong Kong time) on the tender closing date, the tender closing time will be extended to 12:00 noon (Hong Kong time) on the next working day.
In case of blockage of the public access to the location of the Specified Tender Box at any time between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon (Hong Kong time) on the tender closing date, the Government will announce extension of the tender closing time until further notice. Following removal of the blockage, the Government will announce the extended tender closing time as soon as practicable. The above announcements will be made via press releases on the website of Information Services Department (http://www.info.gov.hk/gia/general/today.htm). |

Prospective tenderers who wish to participate in the tender briefing session and/ or the site visit can nominate up to three representatives and send an email listing the name of organisation, names, post titles and email addresses of the nominated representatives, as well as the name, post title, email address, telephone number and facsimile number of the contact person, to sspdhctender@healthbureau.gov.hk on or before 12:00 noon on 29 September 2026 (Tuesday) (Hong Kong time). The prospective tenderer successfully registered to the tender briefing session and/ or the site visit will receive a confirmation email with arrangement details for the tender briefing session and/ or the site visit. The Government reserves the right to re-schedule the tender briefing session and/ or the site visit. |
