Publicity Campaign during Chinese New Year and Easter holidays in 2019

To promulgate the important role of family doctors in providing comprehensive, continuing, whole person and co-ordinated primary care to the public as well as to encourage the use of Primary Care Directory, the Department of Health launched a publicity campaign during Chinese New Year and Easter holidays in 2019.

Promotion through the Facebook pages of Centre for Health Protection (Chinese version only).
Four free Chinese local newspapers published the advertisements
Promotion through two main local bus companies – promotional messages on bus body
Seat back stickers showing the promotional messages
Promotional messages on internet
To facilitate the public to search for doctors providing service during Chinese New Year and Easter holidays in 2019, a doctor list was tailored and uploaded in the Primary Care Directory. Hospital Authority and NGO partners further disseminated the message to the community.
