House Rules

 

Participants attending the 7th Guandong - Hong Kong - Macao Greater Bay Area Conference on Inheritance, Innovation and Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine must comply with the following rules stipulated by the Organisers:

1.

Participants, media and staff have to present valid admission badge/ confirmation email for admission.

2.

All Conference admission badges are non-transferrable, and shall be worn and shown clearly at all times during the Conference.

3.

To ensure public safety and order at the venue, participants shall not bring any plastic, glass, metal bottles or containers, bottled or canned drinks or any other dangerous items into the venue. Loudhailers, amplifiers, flags, banners, posters, placards, buntings, flyers or publicity materials of any kinds shall not be brought into and/or used/displayed in the venue without prior permission of the Organisers. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission of any uncooperative participant/person or remove such person from the venue.

4.

Participants are required to set their mobile telephones and other audio-electronic equipment to silent mode during the Conference.

5.

Participants are advised to pay attention to their own and their personal belongings’s safety at all times during the Conference.

6.

The Organisers and security staff at the venue may intercept or interdict persons who constitute a threat to event safety and order for any reason, including those apparently under the influence of alcohol or drugs and those in possession of dangerous items or substances. Such persons may be denied from entry or be removed from the venue.

7.

Outside food or drinks shall not be brought into and/or consumed in the venue.

8.

Participants shall follow the advice of the staff of the Organisers during the event.
