Remarks by SHWF on Chief Executive

Following is the remarks (English portion) by the Secretary for Health, Welfare and Food, Dr York Chow, in response to a media question on becoming Chief Executive this (April 4) morning:


Reporter: Don't you agree with those comments that you will have all the necessary qualifications to become the next Chief Executive?


Dr Chow: No. I think one should look at oneself everyday from the mirror to see what you are. I know my capacities. I know my limitations. Certainly, I think Chief Executive is actually not something that I would aspire for.
