SFH to attend World Health Assembly

The Secretary for Food and Health, Dr Ko Wing-man, will depart for Geneva, Switzerland early Sunday (May 17) to attend the 68th World Health Assembly (WHA) of the World Health Organization.

Dr Ko will attend the WHA as a member of the China delegation on May 18 (Geneva time). He will leave for Hong Kong in the evening and arrive in Hong Kong in the afternoon of May 19.

Accompanying Dr Ko to the WHA are the Director of Health, Dr Constance Chan; the Consultant Community Medicine (Communicable Disease) of the Centre for Health Protection, Dr Chuang Shuk-kwan, and the Assistant Director of Health (Health Promotion), Dr Anne Fung.
