SFH on tainted pork

Following is the transcript of remarks made by the Secretary for Food and Health, Dr Ko Wing-man, after attending a public function today (August 11):

Reporter: How are the retailers co-operating so far? How is the conversation with them?

Secretary for Food and Health: Today is the deadline that we have set for the retailers as well as the dealers to hand in their purchase and transaction records. The Food and Environmental Hygiene Department colleagues keep a very close working liaison with the dealers.
